Josh Oeding, Founder & General Partner
Josh founded Tenzing in 2021. He is passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship, and the opportunities they provide for individuals and society.

He is a Member of the Board of Directors of Wichita-based Emprise Bank. He also serves on the Dean's Advisory Board of the Wichita State University Barton School of Business. He has served on the Board of Directors of NXTUS since 2018.

He spent 5 years leading NXTUS, working to grow the regional innovation economy in Kansas and Midwest. Between 2008 and 2018 he worked at Koch Industries, where he held various innovation and technology leadership roles during that time. Prior to Koch he spent time in technology investment and business development.
Josh earned his degree in entrepreneurship from the W. Frank Barton School of Business at Wichita State University.
Aditya Joshi, Intern
Aditya is a Wichita native who graduated from Wichita East High School in 2021 as a part of the IB program. In high school, he worked at eFuse, an esports and gaming startup where he led email marketing and competitive esports operations over the course of 3 years. After high school, Aditya went to UC Berkeley and had the opportunity to work with startups in the heart of Silicon Valley including LatchBio, Magnetic Tides, and Koios. He is now working on his own Y Combinator backed startup.
Noah Akiona, Intern
Noah is a senior at Newman University double majoring in Business Management and Finance with a strong interested in High Finance and Commercial Real Estate. He is currently an Investment Banking/Hedge Fund Analyst at Baird Augustine, and in his free time, he likes to play golf, bowling, and pickleball.
Max, Co-Founder
Max sleeps through most meetings and protects the office from various deliveries and intruders. He's been with Tenzing since the beginning and originally joined the family as a rescue from the Kansas Humane Society in 2014.
